This Cigar comes from the Danlihonuras Tobacco Factory. The Clown is a 6x52 Toro with an exquisite band which features a very real clown like an old time jack in the box smoking a cigar. Right now the information on the cigar is undisclosed, but we hope to have it up soon. This cigar is a must try, just go check the reviews for yourself. The Don Juan Calavera THE CLOWN is a barber pole Corojo which is mild to medium in strength.

Danli Honduras THE CLOWN
size: Toro 6x52
The Clown is made of a blend of Jamastran, Copan, Jalapa and Condega, the wrapper is Connecticut and Maduro.
Cold draw was woodsy, initial light was creamy and smooth. Smoke output was great, draw had no issues. Notes of cedar or oak (definitely woodsy) added was a peppery note but not heavy, very light and enjoyable. Ash is solid, nice color to the ash with no flaking through the first third to the halfway point. I put the cigar down for approximately three minutes, came back, it was still lit and the ash fell off.
Same flavor at the midway point throughout until the final third, burn was still slightly off with no touch ups at all throughout the cigar. Cigar was more medium on the final third with the same flavors, only drastic change was more peppery notes in the final third. This Clown cigar is definitely worth the price point and in my top five of barber poles that I’ve smoked. I am not a cigar reviewer this is just my opinion I have smoked this cigar three times and have had no issues.
